In June 2003, Dan had spent time being mentored by a new homes subdivision agent who had been in the business for decades. That relationship led to meeting one of the biggest opportunities of our career, serving the relocation needs at Hallmark. After relocating hundreds of associates there, we were introduced to the relocation department at Cerner. Our business model of concierge service and excellence inside the sales cycle and beyond, was remarkably different in the market then and continues to be the bar by most are measured.
