KC RiverFest 2013
Enjoy great music, delicious food, carnival rides and games, and one of the largest fireworks shows in the area. The festival includes special children’s activities in the Kids Zone. Come early before 3pm and enjoy free admission. After 3pm, admission is $5.

Jackson County Fourth of July Appreciation Celebration
Live music, family fun, and fireworks over the water. Free parking and admission. Live performance from Blackjack Billy, salute to our military personnel, and more. Also enjoy fun-filled carnival games and a water balloon contest

Booms and Blooms Festival
Celebrate with dazzling displays of daylilies, children’s activities and live music. The Lee’s Summit Symphony Orchestra performs at 7:30 followed by an extraordinary fireworks display over the 12 acre lake. Picnics are allowed on this day.

Star Spangled Spectacular 4th of July Celebration
Food, drink and merchandise vendors are on hand and musical acts perform before the fireworks begin. All proceeds benefit local charities. Fireworks kick off at 9:40 pm.
