The real estate market in the “Cherry Hill Area” varies greatly by county. Values have stabilized and are rebounding. Some areas are experiencing a shortage of inventory, while others still have plenty to choose from. Most of Burlington and Camden County feature small suburban type communities with a variety of housing styles. You will find farmland and rural housing in Burlington County, but not so much in Camden County. Gloucester County has suburban type communities, but also has more rural areas and farmland. Salem County is mostly rural and farmland. Whatever type of home or setting you are looking for, we have it right here in New Jersey. Pricing varies, too. You can find a small condominium for less than $100,000 or you can purchase a very large, opulent mansion for millions. Listed below are the average sale prices for the different counties.
Burlington County – Average Sale Price for a single family, detached type home, $270,000
Camden County – Average Sale Price for a single family, detached type home, $213,000
Gloucester County – Average Sale Price for a single family, detached type home, $198,000
Salem County – Average Sale Price for a single family, detached type home, $171,000
The top reasons to move to New Jersey,
#1, Education – in New Jersey this is a top priority. The public school system here is excellent.
There are also quite a few very highly rated colleges and universities – Princeton, Rutgers and Ryder – to name a few.
#2, Location –
You will not find a location anywhere that offers the convenient access that you will find in this area of New Jersey.
#3, Weather –
If you do not like the weather, just wait a bit, it will change. We have four very distinct seasons that offer great weather to take advantage of the many historical sites, attractions and local culture. We do get snow, but not that much; hot humid weather – yes, but not for long.
Spring and Fall are absolutely gorgeous! We have the same beautiful Fall foliage of New England, a brief taste of snow in the Winter, one of the most beautiful Springs – The Garden State, and a warm Summer with beautiful beaches.
