Allen’s Story
I had the privilege of working with Group O’Dell after a short try at selling my property myself. Unfortunately for us, the For Sale By Owner online system never got off the ground. It took 3 weeks to get our property properly listed, having to send them paperwork multiple times and finally getting pictures uploaded to show our home.
After being referred to Group O’Dell we were off and running after a short conversation. Mike and his team came in took photos and developed a marketing plan to get our home sold. Our home went on the market with Group O’Dell and 3 days later we had a signed contract and were working towards a closing date.
