Third Quarter Report
The average sales price is up 7% YTD over last year and double that in September compared to last. Momentum for average sales prices are finally on the upswing. Good news for sellers is that they are giving less of their equity away in the form of discounts. In fact, the sales price to list price ratio has improved 3% since the beginning of the year.
