The Spring market is in full bloom and we have buyers and sellers who are ready to move!  What the numbers are going to start to reveal (as with this month) is that sales are down.  However, the reason behind those numbers is what is important to keep in mind. Today’s buyers are having a hard time finding what they are looking for in this environment of tight inventory.  We have active buyers right now in every price point that would buy a home if they could find one that meets their needs. We are finding the same to be true with the 230 agents in our Keller Williams office.  Buyers need to understand how to position themselves in order to be successful in this market. On April 10th,  we will be holding a seminar at our office on “How to Buy A Home” in this fast paced market.
