Our desire to elevate the level of service in Kansas City led us to the Buffini and Company systems soon after we got into business.

We’ve actively been a part of Buffini One2One coaching and Buffini Small Group Leaders since 2002. We are proud to have been recognized as the Buffini & Company Mentors of the Year for the hundreds of agents and small business owners we’ve facilitated through Peak Producers and the Pathway to Mastery Class.

Still actively involved in real estate sales along with our family, we have fully integrated the Buffini systems into our business and our clients have reaped the benefits. We continue to take the journey of learning, having attended 100 Buffini events between us, including nine Peak Experiences.

Our combined experience in sales, finance and management have resulted in consistent growth since 1995.

We hire and retain the brightest talent in the industry, licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, with most holding advanced designations (meet our team here). We have organically grown our business in 9 surrounding counties in response to a referring client base and area business partners who have referred hundreds of their relocating associates throughout the Kansas City metro area.

With nearly 4,000 homes and $1 billion in real estate sold, we are in a unique position to advise and guide clients.
