Position Qualifications:
- Licensed Real Estate Agent (preferred or interested in obtaining one quickly)
- Leadership/ Management experience
- Proven Track Record of Successes
- Proficient G Suite and CRMs

Position Responsibilities:
- Champions agents to leverage their unique superpowers inside our relationship-selling business. Creates and monitors a system of agent interaction intended to generate business. Develops plans for contact, lead generation, and conversion and coaches agents to adjust to meet goals.
- Evaluates and implements conversion strategies taking suspects to prospects to closings. This could include drip campaigns and follow-up of referrals and prospects. Conducts weekly meetings with agents for results.
- Meets with sellers who are ready to put their homes on the market, initiating engagement that wows the client, accumulating information to be entered on the MLS, and executing a marketing plan that attracts a high level of interest.
- Develops and nurtures relationships in the database with vendors and HR professionals who can move us towards increased business.
- Troubleshoots or sets up a variety of technologies to accommodate online conferences, scheduling, automated processes, and hardware for the team.
- Creates social media posts that engage and grow an audience.
- Creates digital newsletters and emails that engage the client base.
- Recruits and retains talent.
- Coordinates and grows the Vendor Appreciation Program.
- Participates in creating and executing a yearly marketing plan following the Buffini & Company systems. Identifies, rewards, and creates more referrals from Raving Fans.
- Ensures automated processes are being followed.
- Engages in growth opportunities including: attending classes, book studies, conferences, and deep dives that are company and self-provided.

Grow enterprise bigger and easier. Lead the Group O’Dell Real Estate Team to extreme productive output (while improving competency and joy) so we can impact another 300 clients a year and grow our local REAL Broker office.
