As the weather starts to cool down, this is the perfect time of year to get out to the many orchards around the city and pick your favorites or enjoy some fall fun.

Faulkner’s Ranch
Faulkner’s Ranch in south Kansas City has a chuck full event schedule for October but you’ll have to buy your tickets in advance. Pumpkins for purchase without having to pay for a ticket but paid admissions gets you access to the play area – wagon rides, petting farm, field maze and 25 interactive activities. Definitely a kid’s favorite!
