Like North America’s largest contemporary art show in December, Art Basel. Or, the spectacular boat & yacht show held every February. The list goes on and on. The market in Miami Beach has definitely recovered from the Great Recession. In the last 6 months, we’ve had 2 record sales ($47 million for a single family home and $35 million for a Penthouse on the Ocean). The ultra luxury market continues to grow.
