Market Update: August 2013
Current inventory levels were off 8% in June compared to last year. That continues to put pressure on buyers to move quickly with offers while pushing prices higher as a simple scale of supply and demand. Pending contracts in fact are up 4% over last year and everyone wants to know how long will this last.
