Since we serve so many sellers who are leaving the city for other opportunities, we decided a long time ago that we would provide the one service that many of them sought and very few realtors are able to offer.

Group O’Dell, offers our sellers a regularly scheduled property check in the event they have to leave their homes vacant.  Our staff prepares a quick report of the current state of the property, makes sure the house is secure, in showing condition, and that the seller is aware of any issues that need to be addressed.

We will then email the report and any associated pictures to the seller and can arrange any services that might need to take place in their absence, like snow removal or lawn maintenance.

Our goal is to remove the stress from a seller when they have to leave their property vacant.
