I felt like I was your only client...and I know that's not true. A couple of very specific examples. When I was buying my first house, you knew you'd have to "sell" it to my dad too. You realized right away that he had little trust of realtors. You helped break that down. When Mark and I bought our current home, Katie showed us the house initially because Dan was busy. When Mark and I showed interest, Dan came back later that day to look at it and give us his opinion, even without us, on his own time.
